A question arises about its content, when does the criminal rule come into force and when does it end? In other words, when is the criminal rule valid, enforceable, and applicable to everyone who commits behavior or activity that is criminalized by that rule according to the legal model or application conditions it specified, until it is canceled by a new rule that replaces it or amends its application conditions and provisions, or the penalties contained therein? And if the analogy is permissible, it can be said, when is the criminal rule born in order to enjoy life and live its term until it dies and life leaves it and its life ends? It is established that the criminal provision does not apply to the past, that is, to acts, omissions, or activities prior to its entry into force and validity, in application of criminal justice, as it is a clear injustice to punish a person for an activity that he carried out, and this activity was permissible in light of the criminal texts that were in existence at the time he initiated it. Just because a criminal text criminalizes that activity retroactively
